My hope and prayer is that these words will help other people recognize, accept, and seek help for their own substance abuse problems.
There is help...but you have to want it...and you have to work for it.

Starting point...
This blog will document my sobriety. I hope it helps me in the daily struggle to stay clean and sober and regain whatever portion of my life that God sees fit to give me back.
